Obstetrics is the specialty of Medicine concerned with the management of pregnancy, labor and delivery, and the post delivery period. One of the primary aims of obstetrics is that every pregnancy be wanted and result in a healthy mother and a healthy baby.

Gynecology deals with the physiology and diseases of the female reproductive organs in the non-pregnant state.

Obstetrics and gynecology are generally recognized as one specialty.

Other Services provided include infertility, family planning, PMS counseling and treatment, laparoscopic sterilization, LAVH (laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy), and other major gynecological surgeries and procedures.
